Condition/Comments: Exceptionally clean for this design! Not even a rim chip to be had. Unfortunately, the quality of the original materials or workmanship shows here in the form of textured paint finish from inks that expanded and contracted over time. Similar to crazing but not cracked. This resulted in a textured surface with inconsistent coloration where the changes occurred. If not for this production anomaly the piece would be near mint!
