Condition/Comments: USBC 35-17 USBCOI 84. Scarce graphic and early can! Note that it is the variant with a printing flaw that looks almost like a puff of smoke from the pipe that obscures the black outline of the figure and end of his pipe. Patents Pending design dates to mid-1936. Condition is very good, with loads of good color and smooth sheen in the areas unaffected by oxidation. The label reads clearly and the all-important BEER is clear as day. A pair of dings can be found at the top rim with one on the front on FL OZS. A third can be found on the left side OI panel.
