Reference: n/aBrewery: Ballingall & Son Ltd., Dundee, Scotland, Non-U.S. (see comments/description)Manufacturer/Plant: Metal Box Co. Lt.Date of manufacture: circa 1950sCanning Code: n/a Contents/Type: 16 ozCondition/Comments: Ultra rare label! A recent article in the BCCA magazine tells the story of three different late 1950s Angus labels that were recently brought into the hobby but, prior to that, were believed to be unknown to anyone in the hobby beside the original collector who stashed them away in 1975. This is one of those cans! It appears to be a rolled can and is air sealed. It is impossible to tell whether the lids have been recently replaced or if the can was originally rolled with the lids seen here. This example is in the best overall condition of the three gems we are offering and the colors are really snappy with that vivid yellow and bright red. This label has faceted ridges from rolling, but other notable marks are few and are clearly visible in the photos. This can is air sealed. Do not let this rare opportunity to add a truly exotic, milestone can (or three!), pass! All cans are original with no post-production alterations detected unless noted.
