Condition/Comments: Interesting sign technology shows a different message depending on the angle at which it is being viewed. It advertises, alternately, Fesenmeier and West Virginia. Interestingly, nothing is clearly shown when viewed straight-on! Because it is framed it is not possible to tell whether the sign is made of glass or plastic. Excellent condition. 14 w x 14 h framed.
