Condition/Comments: This is the version with no mandatory and (we believe) the copper metallic finish. Condition is excellent, with some small scattered insignificant spots and a shallow ding on the Keglined panel. Seam and rims have been cleaned. Very sharp metallic , especially under natural lighting, where the specks virtually disappear. This is an R9 can according to USBCOI and dates to 1938.
