Condition/Comments: 4-1/4” diameter. Beautiful tip tray in terms of both design and condition. Tray features an illustration of the Greek goddess Psyche sitting by the riverside, pining over her lost love Cupid, the same scene illustrated in full color on a similar 12-inch tray. This tip tray was likely issued later, as it states A Temperate Drink, surely alluding to the growing temperance movement that brought about Prohibition. Shows only very light wear. Gorgeous!
