Condition/Comments: Hard to find this clean. Great looking can features fabulous Deco-era graphics. Has evenly distributed wear and scratching throughout yet colors and design are strong. A few shallow dings on the OI panel. Note that this is the variation that has the U Permit text in the circle at top front. Bottom opened. Rims have been lightly cleaned, otherwise original.
