Condition/Comments:  There is some evident aging on this piece but the colors remain vivid and intact. Overall, condition is very good and the sign displays quite nicely. Among the nits are some discoloration and warping of the frame, light humidity confined mostly to the lower right quarter, and some scattered scratching. The cardboard backing shows signs of exposure to moisture and is warped, though there are no signs of it having ever been soaked or submerged.
