Condition/Comments: Very nice condition on this scarce piece that features an etched look to the text and the gold border around the edge. Brilliant gold background. A few small nicks and some discoloration around the S of Narragansett. No cracks or chips. Original hanging chain. 15-1/2 inches wide x 9-3/4 inches high. All original.
