Very rare: this is one of only 2 surviving examples of this sign of which we are aware, and it is the higher grade of the two. Condition is very strong. A few small nail holes, some minor rust and spots mostly at edges, and paint lifting in an area about 1 x 4 inches on left edge toward center of bottom rectangle area. Colors are like new and overall presentation is excellent. Manufactured by Thomas A. Schutz Company, Chicago, Illinois. About 36 x 45 inches.
