Condition/Comments:  A highly desirable can that infrequently comes to market. This one has spotting in the gold and much of the silver text is tarnished, but everything is legible and the red has retained its richness and lustre. This one has both instructional illustrations to the left of the seam and is the last version of this 1930s design. It lacks the IRTP statement, placing it post-1950. The USBCOI volume has assigned it a rarity rating of R8.
