Condition/Comments: RARE One of only two known examples! This can carries a Withdrawn Free of Internal Revenue Tax statement. The can displays very well despite some oxidation on and near the OI panel as photos attest. The seam side is quite nice, including the seam itself, which is very clean. Clean lids too, including the top lid which has an IRTP stamp on it. The can has been clear coated. From the Jules Kish Connecticut collection.
