Condition/Comments: This likely is the most graphically appealing lithograph ever to pass through our hands. The beautiful brewery factory scene at the bottom is topped by an incredible horse drawn beer wagon and a 34th Street Pier nautical scene above. The brewery scene includes street trolleys, horse drawn carriages, American flag and other buildings in the background. The factory scene is surrounded by hop vines and sits above the 1905 calendar. The horse drawn beer wagon announces the Special Delivery from the German Yacht Hohenzollern docked on the pier. The litho advertises its high grade lager beer, ales and porter. Condition is excellent. There are many small creases around edges. These have been professionally flattened, along with a cleaning and some restoration by Oppenheimer in Chicago. The litho is floated on an archival mat with some possible minimal cropping. Overall the presentation is top notch. Exquisitely framed and matted by R. Michelsen Galleries of Amherst, MA.
