Condition/Comments: This may not be the scarcest of Bud OIs--as it was produced later, toward the end of the IRTP requirement-- but if you are a bud variation hound you will want to check your canning codes. This label bears the code ACCo 83A X. USBCOI has assigned it a rarity rating of R4 in clean indoor condition such as this. And clean it is; there is no humidity or oxidation on the label and the lids are clean as well (the top lid is tarnished but has very little oxidation). There are a couple of dings and a very shallow vertical crease on the front of the can but it still displays wonderfully.
