Condition/Comments: A very late instructional can that dates to the late 1940s does not mean it is an easy one to come by. USBCOI has assigned this label a rarity rating of R8. This example is very clean all around and all original, though the rims and seam have been buffed. While the label has a bit of oxidation showing beneath the top rim the label exhibits bright, unmarred silver. See brightly lit photos.
